I’m a nonprofit leader and coach with over 30 years of experience working in youth development, team building, and community impact. For 16 years, I led the Rogue Valley Timbers Soccer Club, helping it grow into one of the largest youth sports programs in Southern Oregon. Along the way, I built partnerships, expanded access, and led a team of committed staff and volunteers. The work was about more than tactics and technique. It was about creating a space where kids, families, and communities could grow together. I'm now exploring what's next. That could be leading an organization, helping a team scale its impact, or building something new from the ground up. I also run Optima Mindset Coaching, where I work with young people on confidence and leadership. And I write at Reflections of a Father, where I share thoughts on parenting, youth development, and what it means to grow up well.
